Brighton Pupils help Syrian Refugees

Pass the test for British Citizenship

Pupils at an independent school in Sussex are helping Syrian refugees pass the Government’s test for British citizenship.
It follows the success that Brighton College has had, teaching the pupils English over the past three years.

The citizenship test has 24 questions, and entrants must get 18 or more to pass. The school hopes the programme will help the Syrians to settle and find work here.
