Using our sites
You agree to only use our sites in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and is consistent with these Terms and does not infringe the rights of anyone else, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of our sites (including, amongst other things, hacking). We reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny any user access to any of our sites without prior notice.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP
You acknowledge and agree that the Sussex Syrian Community Group (abv. SSCG) is the sole owner of the name, logo as well as the SSCG’s materials and content found on the SSCG’s website.
USE
You understand that you may not use the SSCG’s logo as a link, or on any external website or social networking sites such as Facebook or YouTube without permissions.
The SSCG’s logo may not be combined with any other graphic elements; nor may they be altered in any manner including size, proportions, font, design, arrangement, colors or elements; nor may they be animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance.
You acknowledge and agree that you may not exploit the SSCG’s materials or content and links.
You agree that you will not use the SSCG’s materials and content and links for purposes that violate the laws of any state, country or other jurisdiction, including without limitation all laws relating to copyright and trademark.
You acknowledge and agree that you may not misrepresent your relationship with the SSCG.
Your use of the SSCG’s material and content and links may not be used in any manner likely to confuse, mislead, or deceive the public, or be adverse to the best interests of the SSCG.
The photographic, text and other graphic images within any publications supplied to you are copyright works and none of them may be copied, reproduced, licensed or otherwise exploited.
No other use of material on our sites may be made without first obtaining our written permission.

1. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on our sites is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of that information and we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. The material on our sites may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

General
If any provisions of these Terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any country which apply to these Terms, then so far as these Terms apply within that country in which those provisions are illegal, invalid or unenforceable those provisions shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
If you breach these Terms and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these Terms.
